Hi

I have had Home Max for 5 months now. The answerphone and caller I.D. services were originally listed as free for the first 6 months.

a) Has this now changed?
b) Have other Home Max customers been charged after 6 months?
c) If so, how much?
d) Have others asked for these optional services to be switched off?

I rang Orange and ask about this and they told me they didn't have any information about prices for these services and that they would contact us if they decide to start charging.

He insisted that I didn't have to do anything.

But this information could be wrong, don't take my word for it, I'd ring them yourself, see what they say and let us know on here!!
