Have you pressed the 1 button to start pairing? Try press it and you have 3 mins to get a connection. It's on the back of the livebox, beneath the USB port.
If it doesn't work, it might be the easy pairing mode.
The lines are now engaged all the time, so either Orange have turned off all the phones or they are being inundated, hopefully. It would be nice if they could tell people the problem on their website, instead of trying to encourage people to join their 'wonderful' schemes.
The only reason I can think of that Orange would not put a message on their website informing their customers of current problems (like we had yesterday), would be that they want as many people as possible to phone their extortionate rate technical support number.
Or maybe they just don't have a clue what they're doing.
