Hi,

I've taken over a website from another developer for a client of mine. Now we moved hosting and hence had to change the nameservers

Since then most people can see the site (It was changed over 2 weeks ago) however my client on Orange BroadBand cannot see his site.

www.ManchesterFireplaces.co.uk

nslookup fails so does a ping.

Note: Any other ISP i've tried this on works fine.

Any ideas?

Yep, his works on occasion its almost like Orange hasn't updated all there servers.

We have seen this problem before with the odd site but I do not recall seeing what the anser to the problem is.

I've been in contact with Orange who claim they cannot help me. To be honest I think the guy I was speaking to didn't understand what I was talking about.

If you try the site now it most likely will fail.

Down again.

Its almost as if a couple of the DNS servers Orange are using are not working.
