I posted on 4th april re no connection since upgrade to llu. Thought I would update anyone who is interested. After Three weeks of phone tomorrow, phone in 48 hours, don't phone us we'll phone you I finally gave up. It took another two weeks for MAC code to come through and new provider to get service up and running (mac key actually didn't take that long). I was told by several people that I might qualify for compensation if i rang back when service was terminated or finally up and running but that was today and when I rang - who us? compensation? Oh, yes - and a bloke from Orange rang this morning to apologise for having supplied a duff MAC key to new supplier and was a bit taken aback to hear new service was up and running. I would not have been happy if today had been the first i had heard of a problem there! 5 weeks of no internet service is 41/2 too many, I think.
Well, I am FREE of it all now
