31st March
Ordered Mobile phone and home max broadband from Orange website. Recieved email confirmation of phone contract being £15 per month and broadband £15 per month.
7th April
New phone arrives and we register with Orange.
10th April
My old o2 (now Sky) number is transferred to Orange
16th April
Phone to complain as no live box, someone will call back. They didnt
23rd April
Phone to complain that no live box, never received my order apparently even though i have the email confirmation and no notes on the system relating to my last phone call.
I can have broadband home max for £25 per month, not the £15 per month that i ordered.
I was better off with AOL and only changed to an Orange phone from o2 (now Sky) as i thought it would be cheaper as o2 (now Sky) don't do broadband in my area.
Totally hacked off and wish I had never bothered. Do you think I should continue to try Orange for a live box and broadband or just try to get them to cancel my phone contract and go back to AOl and o2 (now Sky)?
