Can't be sure when this happened but am guessing sometime yesterday afternoon, but have been unable to connect to the Orange BB network for more than 24 hours.
This is the 4th occasion and having retrieved my MA code number, I am currently waiting to switch over to another provider.
Is anyone else having problems? I've rebooted and reset router but nothing.
The symptoms are the same as before but it's now over 24 hours that I've been without BB, wheras before it was only 8 hours.
My computer is connected to the network but not the internet - email affected too.
The computer is sending & receiving packets, so something is happening.
Cynically, I could say Orange disconnected me out of spite, but I can download emails from my Orange BB a/c via mobile phone, so that aspect is working.
