AFTER being charged over £30 for just one phone call!! and with operators that are hard to understand what they are saying.. i've decided to e-mail you, hopefully you can help rectify the problem, because right now i never had such a bad customer service with anything.. this is less than adequate!
these past few weeks my 8mb broadband connection IS SLOWER THAN A 56K DIAL UP CONNECTION!!
its disgusting, i've called countless times to customer services, first call i went through call charges of over £20 for a reply of
'OH SIR YOU ARE on a stabalisation period' THATS WHY ITS SLOW AT THE MOMENT
(could of told me that in advance instead you decided to charge me £££ for phone calls AND WASTE 30 MINS OF MY LIFE!!)
and the speed will get better after a 10 days - it has now been over a month, im paying £20/month for broadband connection, and im getting less than 56k dial up speeds
**after searching online, i dont believe there is even a Orange broadband problems website, its disgraqceful for such a big company to take advantage of their customers, and to give the poorest quality of service its disgraceful.. i will be writing to watch dog and ofcom.

im on a 12 month contract been with Orange for about 6months, is there any way i could switch providers or cancel the contract, because this is not on, thank you everyone for reading this post, i guess most of you know how im feeliing, im a web designer and i need to see my websites live on the net all the time -- maybe i will design a "dont go with Orange website"
