For the last week each time the home phone rings we lose our broadband connection - Livebox . It then takes a couple of mins to retore after the phone call ends.

BT says the line is fine.

We have plugged Livebox staright into the BT socket the same happens. We have put new filter on but still happens. Have called Orange twice but dont seem to be getting anywhere can anyone help?

Are you certain every phone socket in use is filtered?

Otherwise this sounds like a line fault, you'd need Orange to put through a line test to investigate.
