Tgis was more consistent with what I'd been achieving for months, so the previous profile seemed like a happy (short-term) "glitch".
Then this Sunday, Mar 30th:

Suddenly, a significant drop in my IP profile. The phone line went dead at 6pm that night!
And now today (Tuesday), just after the engineer has left, having sorted the wiring at the local box, which he reckoned (as I did) had been ready to go for a while, hence the IP profile changing:

To answer my own question, it appears the answer is yes as my IP Profile has returned to its previous value:
