Hi someone please help me!!!! I have installed outlook 2007 on sony vaio op sys is vista multiple email accounts set up all worked fine on outlook 2003 since upgrade to 2007 I cant send out any emails but i can recieve. took laptop across to neibourghs wirless BT internet set up my wireless on there network and bingo i can send and recieve withoutlook 2007.
What the hell is going on with Orange ISP they tell me they dont support outlook so how the hell am i going to get my email to work change to BT i guess a bit drastic for a simple resolvement please can any one help as i know its not me or my laptop or outlook 2007.......thanks
In relation to multiple accounts, I have two profiles set up on Outlook 2003, that worked perfectly until I switched to using a Livebox a couple of weeks ago. Now only one profiel works OK, the other, which is identically set up, (apart from username obviously), can send e-mails but cannot receive them. This is totally confusing !! Webmail works OK, and I have found that all incoming e-mails go there first. If I then click "send / receive" on Outlook 2003, the e-mails for the working profile come through OK. If I do the same for the non-working profile, the e-mails for that profile don't budge. Can anyone explain that one, because Orange certainly cannot. I am waiting with interest for their next suggestion!!
