Only my home PC satisfactorily connects. My laptop (wifi) nor any external PC will connect. When I try to log-on I am continually asked for e-mail address and password. Vista Home and IE are installed on both my PC and laptop. I have spoken numerous times to Orange Support to no avail - each person I speak to takes me through the same routine basically using another webmail site to pick-up only incoming items from orangemail which is unsatisfactory as when away from home I need complete access and history.

It is advised to reset your Internet explorer and delete al saved username and passwords. Try to enter your email address mannualy. If the issue persits kindly reply with the error message produced.
