Help! Just recently I've found I can't log out. It just returns to the inbox page. Also at the same time when I log in, the welcome page is always displayed even though I've changed the settings.
I've contacted the Helpdesk and they've just referred me to the online FAQ which is no help at all.
I don't know if it's connected to all this but I email China regularly and they don't receive the emails, but they don't bounce back either.
what's going on?!

im having the same trouble, thing is i dont want to open another email account, but there seems to be no way of contacting Orange to get it sorted. worst help line i have ever seen, still take your money though.

Your not alone with this problem. I am also having problems the same as yours, for the past few days, so something is going on !
It only seems to happen when using my orangehome.co.uk account, but doesn't happen when using my 2 fsmail.net accounts (Both Orange).
I'm sure there are other people with the same problem, so if they are reading this, please post your comments.
I'm having the same problems. Can login ok with my normal Orange email 'fsnet' but can't logout. The other webmail we have 'fsmail' still logs out ok.
Don't know what the problem is !!.

I'm having the same problem - not being able to log out, reverting to inbox page and welcome page displaying even though I've changed settings. I thought it was my own set up so have undertake a system restore and run Spyware but problem still persists. I've contacted the Helpdesk twice. First time no help at all. Second time they suggested I reset Internet Explorer and also disable/enable anti-virus and firewall which I did but still not able to log out. I'll report it on the link suggested by tidley2002. Sure there must be more of us with this problem!!!

Hi, my husband is having the same problem, he can't log out either. Plus when he checked his emails today about 10 of them were missing .
I on the other hand can't even log into mine, and I've had to set up another email account, which was a right pain!
I've rang the helpdesk twice and agree that they're not helpful at all, something needs to be done!

You could try going to the "Contacts" page (3rd tab) and logging out from there, that works here.
It looks as if someone has been tinkering with the javascript on the login pages and broken it!
Reporting it on the above link will not do you any good i'm afraid.
This is because this site has nothing to do with the 'real' Orange company. It is an independent site that has been set up to show and inform people just how bad Orange can be, at times. And a place to vent our anger.
Or have i got that all wrong, and just made myself look really stupid !

Their service really has gone downhill since they became Orange I found I couldn't access my Freeserve webspace after they "upgraded" the Livebox software, and after many fruitless emails I spent an afternoon checking and testing and found a work-around, and emailed and told them.
I got an email back saying "thanks for telling us"
I think they are much more interested in selling phones than broadband and email and Internetty stuff!
