I have a strange problem in that I can't access my Orange broadband account details on my Windows XP PC but can on Windows Vista Laptop both using Firefox ?

When I sign in on my PC I get a 'Restore Account' message and You've signed in to your Pay As You Go account pages.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can sort this out ? (I have told Orange about it)

Sounds like the PC is on dial up.......have you compared the internet settings on each machine ?

It's on broadband not dial-up but I did start on pay-as-you-go.
