I normally get 1.45 meg, which is fast for my village. But then I got an e-mail saying on 26/01:

Anyone else had this?
Since 26/01 all I've had is 0.6 meg, every day. 608 downstream according to The router control panel at http://192.168.1.1/statsadsl.html
I phoned up and went through all their stupid checks, I then rejected all their fob-off excuses about how this was somehow my fault, then they said they would test the line and would ring me back in two days. They didn't. I phoned them back in two days, they said to phone back in Three more days. I phoned back in Three days, they said to phone back next week. I phoned back in a week and they've now said to phone back in another week.
I am tied to Orange by a mobile-tie-in contract for another twelve months, I just have to keep on at them.
