Seems to me that there is something seriously wrong with Orange's network at the moment.

I'd appreciate it if some Orange users could try to connect to the following Web sites... http://maggiewinkworth.com http://janebenanti.com http://moore.gb.com

I've been having problems getting to them since last night although I can see them fine if I use a Web proxy.

I called Orange tech support and they say that they can't offer phone support for this issue since it's not directly related to Outlook (duh!)

Hi

Tried those sites and cannot connect to them - seems like you're having the same problem as I am having with BT websites.

I tried customer support and they had no idea... so guess we just wait for the Orange techies to sort out the problem their end?

I'm using OpenDNS, have done for a while now :

Preferred 208.67.222.222
Alternate 208.67.220.220

Also POP = 193.252.22.136
SMTP = 193.252.22.138

All these are working for me.

This is very weird! I have tried the moore site and BT sites again and still cannot connect. I have now emailed Orange too and pointed them to this website!

I also can't connect to BT. Which part of the UK are you in? I'm near Crewe.

Can you actually get to the Web sites though? I've tried using the IP address of the Web sites but that blocks for me as well.

More likely reason is that their mobile H/O is in North Bristol !!

I'll bet there're no problems in Rotherham or Paddington either

Nor did I but it depends where in the country you are...as you can see I'm in Bristol.....where are you ?

Presume you're still working for Orange but perhaps accessing from a non-Orange connection from home ?....can't you make some enquiries ?
