I have had the 8mb upgrade since early december and am getting a download speed of about 8mb as promised. However now accessing websites especially ones with lots of content is incredibly slow if they load at all. Also when I go to send emails it takes ages conecting or I get an error message although eventually the message does send.
I have also not been able to do windows updates since the upgrade I think it is running to slow to do them.
Uploading to my webiste is also painfully slow.
I tried phoning Orange but as I don't use the Orange wireless box because it's useless ( I use a belkin wireless box) they siad they could not help unless I went back to using their Orange box.
I hope this all makes sense as I am not very good with computers. DOes anyone have any suggestions as to what I can try to sort this problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
