Hi
Ths is my first post.....Could nybody help please.
I have the original wanadoo live box with the Invertel adaptors.
I have recently bought a new PC with 64 bit operating system and Vista home.
Iam trying to install the livebox on to the system but the problem i am having is during installation it cannot detect the Invertel adaptor.
I have spoke to Orange for about 30 mins and gone through various things to try and sort but still not working. Having looked on the internet it looks like there might be an issue regarding 64 bit and Invertel.
Could anybody give me any ideas suggestions to get me up and running.
Do i need to buy another kind of adaptor to use with the Livebox or is it totally a no goer.
Any help would me much appreciated as iam begining to pull what hair i have left out.
Providing it's a standard 802.11g wireless adapter that comes supporting Windows Vista with 64bit drivers then, yes it should be perfectly fine. Just make sure to double check the driver support.
If you want help from Orange the adapters they currently supply do support Vista 64bit.
