I think what you are asking is to open a new forum here for Orange staff - is that right?
If so, this will not happen unless Orange authorise their staff to post on the OrangeProblems.co.uk website. Unlikely to happen! Though you could pressure them from within!
In the meantime, feel free to assist others with their OrangeProblems posted around the website. There are many other Orange (and previously Wanadoo) staff, current and ex, who assist on this website. There are also lots of others who return regularly to support those in need.
