Wow i did it those liars at Orange really dont care about there customers after yet another call to get my speed up BT wholesale said i could not have anything over 500kbps hmmm i thought so checked into it and Orange had me on a IPStream home 500 no a max line they said they put me on in april 2007. Do they think they can lair and give me there bulls%&t
line test crap again as they dont know i sell mobile BB what aload of fool they have working for them. Anyway Ive gone to BT and they did some checks my line goes to 6.5mbps and bare min i would get if busy would be at least 4 mbps thank you BT. Now why could Orange not do this for me?
Is it because they dont want too? Or they have no idea what they are doing they evfen told me they phoned BT to ask them about it while i was on hold then came back saying that 500 kbps is the best speed i can get lol lol lol hmmm liars more like he put me on hold and had a laugh with the other call centre muppets. Here is a list of so called Managers you are most likely to talk to : Ventura esclations call centre, Martin ext 34617, Denise Taylor ext 35013, Tyrone, David Swift, All of which dont have a clue.
