Hi, It is a friend who has an Orange account, and the the problem started about a month ago, if she tried to view e-mails on Webmail after entering her user name and password using IE6, the page re-freshed and came with "page cannot be Displayed" OK, but normal web pages are not effected, so installed Firefox and the same problem.
Disabled all Firewalls i.e Zone Labs and the one in the router and it seem to be OK, but wait for it started doing again.
When I look at her Webmail account on my own machine which has Vista, using IE6 or Firefox it works fine.
Can anyone help me to solve problem.

Can she download from webmail into Outlook or another mail client ?

Yes Outlook Express works fine.

Then she should stay with OE....much safer to download and save on PC rather than to keep on any webmail server.

I never access webmail to send or receive, I also use Gmail like that.

All sending and receiving is run from my laptop using OE.....I wouldn't trust Orange to safely look after all my email history !!!!

Thanks for your help, I also got some help from a friend and the original problem could have been caused by spyware infection.
