Since November I have noticed the appearance of premium rate calls for which I am being charged 0.25 per time. Each call is to a "premium number ff1" and contains the digits "4490112130XX" and lasts for exactly four seconds. These are not calls we have dialled, and they clearly were not normal calls with a duration of just 4 seconds. To date there have been 19 such calls.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so did you get an explanation from Orange - I complained but still waiting for signs of life!!
