OK...when I start using Orange services my connection was perfect, 6m of download, low latency...it was perfect..no complaints at all..till one day my connection was reset by Orange then the problems started, My download speed it's no more than 1.5m, my latency is a little high for the first hop...as you can see my latency was very low when I was connected at this Orange router 62.25.200.153 the command below is known as traceroute

I know Orange uses the PAP server to set up which router you will be sent through so I need to Orange to set my login to go through
this router 62.25.200.153, it's still active and running and don't understand why Orange change my connection to another router...do you think they can do this?
To be honest no, there's no facility to get that sort of technical change made with any sort of ease.
The speed decrease makes the problem possibly down to the connection itself rather than the actual route. If you're on ADSL Max a connection problem could easily knock the profile down reducing the speed and as well as getting interleaving enabled which would explain the minor latency increase. Running a test at:
http://speedtester.BT.com/
along with the line stats from your livebox system info page would show if that's the case or not.
Other than that there's nothing really out of the ordinary with the tracert.
