Had an email from Orange last Friday saying my line had now been "upgraded" to 6meg. Can confirm my line has now been LLUed.
Since Saturday evening my linebox has been conecting for 0-4 seconds and then instantly disconnecting and then repreating the process again and again. I can confirm a few IP packets leak out during this time (eg. DynDns).
Telephoned tech support a few times but they keep ordering line tests etc., they realise it's not my machine, but overwise I get no feedback from engineers etc. Anyone else no whats going on so I can "persuade" TS I know what's going on?
OK, plug your Livebox directly into the main BT linebox with absolutely nothing else telephonic plugged in (no phones/faxes/Sky box etc) and see what happens. If no luck try the same with the Speedtouch.
