I know this isn't really an email account problem, though it is email related.
I have been trying to send emails to Orange using the online web form however they do not appear to be getting through to them, as I have received emails advising that the emails have not been sent as the "Connection has timed out".
When I have sent emails to Orange in the past, I have received acknowledgement emails, so as I have not received any acknowledgements to my recent emails, I have started to worry.
Does anyone know if the online web form and the above email addresses are working?
If not, is there another email address I can use to contact them?
I would phone them to get an answer to my queries, but I would like to get some written confirmation for my queries, therefore, I have tried to send them emails.

couple of questions what have you been using to send the emails, and on your email have you got Orange in your safe list, otherwise the emails may be sent staight in to your spam folder?
I can understand this would be annoying
So what you could do- lets say you use HotMail you could copy and paste the eamil address into the box there, then send it. so your cutting out the form.
another idea may be that there was a problem with the form so go back and tri again.
