sorry to hear about your recurrent failure. Have tried the first 2 of your recommendations before but not the 3rd so will give that a crack. 3 days would be great.....i'd take 3 minutes as I only wanna change my account which i'm ditching in 4 months anyway when I move house. It's daft, it's just become a principal these days, especially when I first informed them of it over year ago!
well after 3 months of getting absolutely nowhere I've resorted to the ISPA (not sure if they'll be any help). Good thing is Orange now have to contact me within five days, so finally I can push for at least some sort of explanation as to what they have done to try and fix this.

both you and I have the same sentiment then, couldn't possibly recommend Orange to anybody as they have a complete lack of interest in any of their customers problems.
They have 5 days to respond but like I say, not holding my breath. If I do get any response/resolution, i'll post it here and keep you up to date.
Strange thing is, they won't fix the regrade page as mine's still not working. Strangely though, they will suddenly be able to do the thing they told you they couldn't and change your package for you.
Strange that one isn't it. Don't expect any form of apology or explanation though as they simply won't give it to you.
Ignore the comment I left above. They have as they say upgraded me, but to the Broadband plus account.
In fact I have gone from an upto 8meg account with a 30gig per month limit to an upto 8meg account with a 2gig per month limit.....AND THEY CALL THAT AN UPGRADE???????????
I have now filled out the second complaint form with the ISPA as I still can't regrade as the regrade page still isn't working.
