And if you need to get shirty with Orange as they've messed up, as for the ESCALATIONS TEAM (the home version of the Executive office - anyone have the email for escalations?)
And if you do need to talk to the escalations team, get the persons name and ext number, then either go through the 0800 number and ask to be put through, OR call 01642 732800 and use the 4 digit ext number given.
Escalations are based at the Middlesborough Office.
Anyone know what email these people use? @orange.co.uk, @orangehome.co.uk, or @orangegroup.co.uk????
Agents simply don't have access to email customers or to receive emails from them from a certain reply. The only agents at Orange who do have access to email is "kana" who read customers email and then have to send more or less automated responces back
