I subscribed to the "Unlimited" Package few months ago.
It has taken took 5 weeks of continuous complaining to Orange and the ISPA to get the account activated on the 4/10.
That day I followed the link to the www.orange.co.uk/time/talk to check the costs and I saw that calls to Orange mobiles were free....
Today I got my first Invoice and I have been charged for all the calls I have made (not much but this is not the point).
I have called Orange and I discovered that I should have been ask to Include calls to Orange mobiles (I was not) and that now it is too late to modify my account. I also asked what I was entitle to but I was told that they cannot tell me....
To be honest I do not think I believe any of what I have been told and I will complain to the ISPA but just in case:
The free calls to Orange only apply if you have an Orange contract mobile. You have to confirm your eligibility by logging into your account at http://membercentre.orange.co.uk , click on manage your second line settings and enter your account number from your mobile phone bill. Eventually your talk plan will be changed to one that includes Free calls to Orange.

As well as getting your current inclusive calls through your second line (by plugging a phone into your Livebox), you can now get inclusive calls to Orange mobiles in the UK at any time of the day or night. Yes it does. I'm on unlimited plan and used to call Orange payg numbers. The call cost was zero

I had similar situation during first bill. Mine was I made a call to Orange mobile straight after my Talk/Second Line was activated. But I was charged for that call. Cust service told me that though Talk service was activated but the free calls to Orange mobile would not be activated till a couple of days later.
It was a bit dodgy but I couldn't bother arguing with them at the time. But now all calls to Orange mobiles (contract & payg) are free on my account
