I have now switched to BT and thought I would tell you about it so far.
I have been a BT Broadband customer now for five minutes. I signed up online and was concerned that I was not asked for payment details. I called Broadband sales and was queing for about 30 seconds. the lady I spoke to said unfortunately she couldn;t help as she was sales not technical but she would put me through/ i would like to point out she was very curteous.
I went through to technical and spent a further 30 secs on hold. Th chap at the end explained that they would bill me with my phone line and hey presto all was taken care of.
Obviously I can't speak for the actual broadband as yet, but in two minutes BT's customer service kicked oranges ass.
Same experience with CS here - and that was the same question I needed answering I've now been on BT Broadband for Three weeks...no problems whatsoever, no disconnections, nothing.
I hope your experience with BT Broadband will be the same
