Chix, all the speedtest.net results you've posted are dated 24/9/2007 at 10.45am, can you run a new one with a direct plug into the main BT linebox with nothing else plugged in....not even in any extension boxes....I know you may have done this already but this thread was combined with another wasn't it.
This will likely be pointless unless it's either a BT speedtest or you wait upto 3 days with it connected like that in order for the profile to alter.
The livebox line stats should immediately refect any improvement in the connection where as the speed itself won't immediately change.

My livebox is plugged into the main BT box, nothing else plugged in as I don't have a landline phone. No extensions, no other phone sockets used.
Crap innit?
Does anyone know if Orange can help over email? They have this customer services email address, and when you email it they just write back saying you need to phone???

Chix,
When you were on LLU, is that when you saw 2.5meg or have you seen that since you were "upgraded" to Ipstream ?

I saw 2.5 and sometimes 3 on LLU, it's always been 0.5 on IPMAX.
I emailed custormer-support, not broadband response.
They said someone will phone me in 48 hours, yer right. and ell me to go to their ever so helpful internet pages about how to unplug all other devices so my braodband will go faster! Idiots.
