I've tried several times today to contact customer services, and each time I get cut off after going through the whole choose option/enter password malarkey. Other times the message has simply said 'Sorry we're all busy at the moment' and then cut me off. Whether I call from my mobile or a landline it's the same.
I've never experienced anything like this before from any customer service department, I think it's a disgraceful way to treat customers.

What number are you calling?
If it's the 0905 number then they can't really make you queue for a premium rate number so just say it's busy and to try later.
