yes i know its dealing with the 2 errors ur getting and a solution follow the instructions but using ur details ie: your email address thats effected and Orange server.

My friend in Broadstairs, Uk is not getting my emails and I am not getting
hers. We tried Gmail and for a while that one worked. It seems all her
emails are blocked to me in the U.S.
I am so tired of this. I told her that I wish she would find a new internet provider but after reading these nightmare stories I can see that canceling
a contract with these people requires an act of God.
These problems all of you are having in UK with Orange are worse than any
we have experienced here. I worked in a call center in the states for quite
a while for MSN provider and I saw things from the inside. Providers do not
care. At least the one I worked for did not. And all customer service is outsourced and most now from India or the Islands. But here, if you demanded a Supervisor, then you usually got an english speaking person.
But now!!! They have outsourced the second level helpdesk and your Supervisor may be no better than your IT tech. It has become a nightmare.
I do not know anything about Wanadoo or Orange. But, I have another
friend in Dorset, Gordon and he used Sky.com and we have no problems.
I assume that is a cable or satellite company. Is Wanadoo free? And
you say it is French owned. Myself, I have lived in France before. What does
France have to do with it? I am saying most providers only care about the bottom line. Just like most companies today.
I think I've solved the problem. Although my username has @fs at the end this has to be missed off in the settings box.
