I have been having problems with my broadband connection - it keeps dropping. I've spoken to the guys in India a number of times, but they don't fill me with confidence.
Does anybody know how I can contact somebody in the UK?

Same problem here. I have spoken to both English and Indian call centres and the difference is remarkable.
I haven't had any Broadband since Friday and the India call centre ordered a line check but said it would take 5 days. I spoke to an English person yesterday who said that no line test had been ordered. She did one while I was on the phone.
I spoke to India again last night and they told me that they had escalated my problem and that I was to call back again in 5 days. They do like to give you the run around, 5 days for everything.
The best time to call them is during office hours, I spoke to Three English people yesterday. Today I got through Three times but every time it was india so I just hung up on them to save myself wasted time.
