I switched to homemax 9 working days ago,my acount says i'm still on 2mb and i can upgrade to 8mb for free, but shouldn't this be done automaticly for me?
Had another look at my stats after choosing to update to 8mb in my acount which Orange should have done automaticly after changing to homemax and this is what I've got now -

Thanks fo the reply, i've done various tests, some say around 5000kbps another says 3500kbps, I spose i should think myself lucky it's working at all, Maybe in a non peak time it'll be even more! lets just hope it stays that way.
