Orange failed to fix our broadband connection since early August. Despite numerous calls to support the last few of which Orange decided to charge national rate for!!! Their India call centre is hopeless. we had two visits from BT engineers who mucked about with our phone wiring to no avail and then have the barefaced cheek to charge us. Orange support never ring back and never chase BT unless pressurised. Their customer support service are absolutely hopeless and spend most of the time saying sorry.
What a useless shower.
Just joined PlusNet - what a difference - positive response to problems and update on resolution and escalation. Orange should do some product research.
AT the very least they should bring their support back to the UK
