Hey guys,
Got a bit of a problem with my broadband connection which I need help with...
Basically my line went active on the 21st Sep after moving house and I'm not getting a connection on my livebox.
I have done all the resetting procedures on it and still the @ sign flashes fast. My filters are in the master BT socket and they worked fine last time I used them at my old house as did my livebox and modem lead.
I have checked using a dial up connection that my line has been broadband enabled through dslzone.net. So I don't think it's my line which is the problem. Shouldn't the @ sign flash slowly when you plug it into the microfilter first, before you do anything on the PC?
Does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be?

Yes just connecting the livebox to a filter in a phone socket should show a slow flashing @ providing everything is filtered correctly and the box is ok.
If you have the right main phone socket you could try unscrewing the lower half and plugging the filter directly into the test socket there. If it works then it could be some wiring problem. Usually easiest to start there and work backwards if it works. If it doesn't work then it's either the box or a problem somewhere that'll need a line test.
