I have had a few problems with Orange broadband, but it has seemed to work OK recently...
However, these past few weeks I have suddenly been experiencing multiple crashes each time I use the broadband. I have had the odd crash before but now they are at least 2-3 per evening and take a while to get a connection back.
have been having same problem for about 4 weeks, finally my internet has died with no connection available only getting PPP server down message, waiting for Orange to sort it out (5 days with no connection) if it goes on for 30 days I will be cancelling my contract and be pleased to get rid of Orange, I had no problems when it was Freeserve or wanadoo with any connections or technical help.

What do you mean when you say "crashes"? The PC crashes, a program, the connection disappears, etc?
Do you use a USB modem, livebox or something else? Wired or wireless? Does the lights on the box change?
