Anyone else suffering from chronic internet speeds from Orange tonight. i have done 2 download speed tests and the maximum was 400kb/s. I have an 8mb and usually get 3-4mb speed during peak times and upto 6.5mb off peak.
i have noticed this seems to be happening more and more with Orange during peak time periods.
I have been suffering download speeds of 128kbs since July. Emails, letters, phone calls, no one has an answer. Last week I was told it was a recognised problem - Orange ran a line test and they told me that BT would be advised and I should call back. Tonight I went through a reset with someone on the phone - made no difference. Then told they would need to do a line test! and ring back tomorrow. My contract expires in June next year - and every month I have to pay £19.99 for a dial up speed!!
