hi, i have recently changed mobile phone providers to Orange and have been offered a deal on broadband.
do i want to exchange providers?
this forum seems to tell me 'no'
can anyone advise me please?
perhaps some of you could let me know of any problems
thanks
No, i would advise you stay as far away from Orange as possible, you may think "Oh i may be one of the kucky ones" But theres a slim chance of that, so basically no, dont go for Orange.
Dobby, why do you think this website was setup in the first place???
Because Orange are most probably the worst ISP in the nation. so i think your question is rather silly. Read all the threads on here and you will be able to reach a conclusion yourself. even if you were to be lucky one, Orange should not be supported with new custom based on the ill treatment all the unlucky customers receive.

The problem is this - if Orange works, it is generally fine but once you have a problem (generally when they switch you to llu), you can be cut off for months, told lies by customer service team etc..
I'd suggest you stay far far away - it's not worth the hassle.

In my experience, Orange BB is always up - I've only experienced one dead connection, but that was the fault of my modem.
Orange works fine, but their 2GB download limit is a bit of a rip-off.
Asking on here you would obviously get a biased reply (hence the name OrangeProblems.co.uk!), but seriously, you might as well go to a different provider.
You can get BB cheaper and better elsewhere.
P.S. Orange is not a good mobile network either - my dad always experiences no network space and cannot answer calls the majority of the time. But that may just be a one-off case, not sure if anyone else experiences that.
