Morning all,
Just thought id let you all know that there is light at the end of the tunnel, i signed up for Orange about 2 months ago now and have had nothing but problems from them since the beginning, it all started awaiting for the original modem, forever, i then upgraded to the 8mb service and talk etc.. had to wait forever to recieve my livebox which when recieved worked for a week and then got a permanent PPP server down message, the talk service never ever worked, this week i moved house with the PPP server down still same at old address rang Orange to get the broadband swapped over to be told i lived too far from the exchange to now recieve broadband from them (i am now 0.3 miles from my exchange!!!!) i called High Level complaints (0113 2229100) who i have spoke to on numerous occasions and they have now cancelled my contract with no further charges, i dont know if i was just one of the unforunate ones but i am glad to be free of Orange!! just for the record guys that number does work but will not even ring on a weekend or out of hours.
