Received the dreaded e-mail saying that my exchange was to be "upgraded" on 6th sept. Phoned them right away and asked for a MAC as soon as the upgrade had gone through but it to have not been done, sync speed upstream is still 448?
So I now don't know if I should phone them back when the 5 working days are up to complain about my lack of a MAC or to just wait it out until they do "upgrade" and then give it 5 days?
Invariably it takes longer than they say. You're prob best off waiting for the migration to complete before requesting the MAC, as they probably wouldn't be able to understand your instruction. Your MAC code will change to one beginning LL when you are LLU'd, and a non LLU MAC would be invalid
People have said it's far less stressful to email than phone. It took me 30 mins of going between 4 departments before I got to the point of being told I would be given a MAC
