Has anyone actually done this by migrating from Orange/Wanadoo because id love to do this because ive heard of there great service and download speeds.
Im in the process of joining BE from Orange. Im not migrating because I opted for a cease order with the 2 weeks downtime. I will let you know how I get on. Paul
Ok, Now im all connected to BEUnlimited. The whole process went smoothly with regular emails and text messages to my mobile with progress updates. Here are my speed test results at peak time.

Ahh just saw your post Psmith glad your migration went ok and you have decent speeds now.
Hi cerbera You shouldnt have any problems migrating from Orange to Bethere or any other ISP as long as the MAC they give you is valid Orange used to have a habit of giving out invalid MACs although since the new rule came in february they seem to be issuing valid ones now.

I'm in the process too, so far the communication from Be has been superb though they can't do anything until the line is released by Orange - like the other Paul posting on here I'm also going through a cancellation process rather than a migration.
Yesterday I got the 'green bag' to return the 'deadbox' in. Have sent them a letter first telling them they can have it back once they refund me all my 0870 call costs!
