Over the weekend, my connection (albeit, it's showing a 3meg connection in my internet gateway icon), has been very slow. I've done several speed tests, and constantly getting download speeds of 700k
So i've tried again this morning before i go to work, to see if there's any improvement., here's my results

I've made no alterations recently, nor moved my connection.
Should i contact Orange?

AFAIK on LLU the only cap is the sync speed itself so it does look like a problem somewhere. It's probably worth double checking the setup and trying it in the main socket before contacting them in order to save time.
I've been getting slow speeds recently too. Was getting about 4MB, then capped to 2MB after bring LLU'd, but over the past week or so it's been hovering at about 0.6MB.
I've checked speeds early in the morning too, but the speed doesn't improve. I haven't contacted TS yet as I'll (hopefully) be moving house shortly so I'm sure that'll bring it's own set of problems, so I may be happy to get 0.6MB by then
