I'm new here but not new to Orange BB ! Today I have a new feature on my BB connection. The correct lights are on on the Livebox, but when I try and go on the 'net I get a "you are not connected to the internet" messgage on my MAC. When I run the connection diagnostics that says I do have a connection to the internet but I may have typed the URL incorrectly ! What bbc.co.uk ? Don't think so.
Before I take on the challenge of Orange Help Desk, has anyone any experience of this problem ? I also connected a PC to the Livebox with the same result.
I once had my 'work offline' checked in internet explorer and so no web pages would display.
Not sure if you have the same option on the MAC as I've never used one.
It was one of them moments where a simple little mistake was stopping me using the internet and must admit I didn't tell anyone as I felt daft haha.
Worth checking though as sometimes it's a solvable problem and as you appear to connected with the lights on your livebox it hopefully won't be major.
