Hi,i am new here and have been having a few problems with Orange.
After reading this forum i can see i am not the only one!!
Everytime i go to use my broadband the ADSL status says LINK DOWN,i have rung Orange tech support about 20 times in the last few weeks and they have talked me through the reset procedure,done line tests and found nothing wrong.
Why is it i have to reset my livebox everytime i want to use my internet?
Any help would be appreciated.
