I received a letter today from Orange Customer Care that gives their address as follows.

I would say though that if you have an on-going problem to first go through all of Orange's attempts to fix it. Make a note of dates, advice given, who you were speaking to etc. Then if the problem isn't resolved complain to ISPA. I've had an on-going problem that went on for 5 weeks, I complained to ISPA on 20th July and received a MAC code today with the promise that a cancellation fee would not apply to my account.
I know it is difficult to stay patient whilst having to go through line tests etc but persevere and you'll get out in the end.
