I'm a noob here so I hope yoy can help. I've been using a freeserve email account for ages without too many problems (seems I'm the lucky one). I use it as a webmail account, managing my mail through the webpage rathr than linking it to Outlook on my PC.
In the last few days though, I've had a problem when I've tried to access my emails from my home PC.
This displays "Found - the document has moved to here" - with "here" being a link to http://email01.orange.co.uk/we...reur.html. (The webpage showing the "Found" text displays a tab titled "302 Found").
(Yes, the word is "erreur", not "error".)
When I click this link I get the message "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage".

The bottom line is never get to my email.
I can access it from my work PC.
Any clues?
Thanks in advance,
Jason.
In internet explorer, click tools on the menu bar, and select internet option, then delete your browsing history, empty the cache and clear out "stale" cookies. IE 7 gives the option to simply delete all. This will clear out passwords/usernames for any fora you are subscribed to if you set your browser to remember them, but you shouldn't use this feature anyway in my opinion. If the problem persists then you'll need to get on tech supports case.
