Our Contact Centres are at the heart of every customer’s Orange experience. To make sure they’re receiving the service and advice that suits them, we need everyone at our end to feel comfortable with that they’re doing and at home where they are doing it.
In this section you can find out all about the different contact centre roles we offer and where we offer them. Take a closer look and find out where you’ll fit in.
WHAT WE OFFER
We put a lot of effort into making our contact centres nicer than everyone else’s. And we think we’ve succeeded by creating a bright and friendly
environment, full of bright and friendly people.
But we realise people don’t come to work just for the fun of it. We also offer a competitive starting salary with regular performance increases. Have a look at our flexible benefits and training opportunities to see what else we bring to the table.
REWARDS
You can pick and choose from our range of flexible benefits to suit your needs and lifestyle. These include:
Company Share Schemes
Contributory pension
Private healthcare & life insurance
25 days’ holiday
Discount on things like computers, cars and gym memberships
Free Orange phone with reduced line rental and reduced call charges
Childcare vouchers
Subsidised on-site massage therapies
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
The unfamiliar can be a bit daunting. And because we want you to be as comfortable on the phone as our customers are talking to you, the first thing we’ll do when you arrive is provide you with a 2-3 week induction programme. It’ll cover everything you need to give you the confidence and knowledge to enjoy your job and really show off your customer service skills.
But it doesn’t stop there. Once you’re happy that you know what you’re doing, we’ll make sure you receive continual support and coaching to make the most of your potential. You’ll also have access to our online development tool called Clever Clogs. Offering you a range of bite-size chunks of learning and creative training solutions, it allows you to learn and develop at your own pace, achieving the goals that you set yourself.
I know it's mobile, but I notice that they don't give them complimentary broadband access. It'd probably be a benefit in kind, so I'd just tell them I wouldn't want it
