Im on my 3rd Livebox.1st blew up,2nd refused to work,3rd one finally up and running,although,there is no red light lighting up on the fone sign.I have been told that the fone account is active and also have a number,but as this number came 4 days previous to the 3rd Livebox,do you think I need a different number.(would this number maybe have been allocated to box 1 or maybe 2 ...but not the 3rd box)At the moment everything is unplugged and back in the box ready to go back to Orange! Any help would be really greatfull
The new livebox needs to be manually activated for the talk service. Just call, have your livebox handy so you can provide the serial number and MAC address, tell them to try activating it in the member centre for you.
