<Livebox Issues? ~ Page cannot be displayed problems, please help!!!

Hi,
We have recently moved house and i transferred by account to the new BT phone number we now have. Ever since this change i have been unable to view any web pages.
Like you all i have spoken to a number of people all doing the same tests. Basically the live box lights are as they should be, the comp tells me i am connected but ech time a open a page the page cannot be displayed.
This is the same for the wired connection on my desktop, or wired and wireless on my laptop.
Recently Orange sent me the old USB speedtouch which i installed and still the same problem. No equipment has changed and all line tests show the line to be ok.
I am not too technical but some settings somewhere must be wrong i am assuming.
