I am now on line again and cannot cannot cannot get anyone to consider a prorata refund! for the Three months off line. They have literally have passed me between tech support and Cust services several times in one evening, this is beyond any other experience I have had - I so helpless!!!
Custoer services say it is not their area to say whether I have been off line and tech support tell me that they cannot authorise a refund, they also seem to have not logged about half of my calls [to 0870 ..etc] in order to tell them I was off line, which now seems very convenient for them..!!!
I am really stuck, cross etc...
An advice very very gratefully received.
update: 17th July: Out of the blue I had a phone call from Orange offering me a £71 refund direct into my bank account for my time off line. I complained by email to complaints@ispa.org.uk, they sent me complaint direct to Orange! I will post again if I get my refund

ive had this same problem the first 4 months i had my broadband i was offline. then they noted on my record to give me £20 refund yet when i phone up to ask why this hasnt been payed yet (over 2 months) they try to tell me they cant authorise the full £20 yet theyl give me £12.50?
also noticed im paying for the full service ( as i have a mobile fone ) so i expect the 8mb ( isit? not sure which it is to be onist lol ) but im recieving 2mb. checked my live box says my line has the attainable speed for 10mb so i dont see why 2 months ago i was downgraded from 4mb ( that my livebox told me i was getting ) down to 2mb yet still paying the £5 a month when i could be getting the same service for free?
